Returns:
If you wish to return a product for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow these guidelines:
- Products must be exchanged within 2 days of purchase.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your exchanged item, our team will inspect it and process the exchange. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional amount, depending on the circumstances.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and upon receipt, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
